Why Winter is Worth it...

When the temperatures drop below zero and the snow never stops falling, I often have to remind myself why I like winter at all. These pictures sum it up. The way snow encrusts branches on trees, the lights the twinkle at night. It's one of the most beautiful things. Not to mention snowmen and snowball fights. And coming inside by the fire with a hot cup of tea, a good book, and a warm blanket when you're in for the night.

Riding Hood

Today we had our first snow of the season! I used it as my newest excuse for not getting dressed. I wore jeans, a sweatshirt, and boots. I know, I'm full of boringness and excuses. Here's my inspiration + an outfit post from a while ago.
